The Association for International Students (AIS) is looking for passionate, driven, and creative individuals to join our Core Team. We are building a bridge between GIGA students, non-GIGA students, and Gakuji (Student Life) administration.
Our Mission
- Bridge the Gap: Connect GIGA and non-GIGA students through inclusive initiatives.
- Improve the GIGA Problem: Advocate for international students’ need directly to the Gakuji (Student Office)
- Create Memories: Organizing various events and have fun!
Teams
Currently we have three teams available:
- Events Team: Design and execute our events.
- SNS Team: Manage our official instagram (@aiskeiosfc), design posters, and crate engaging social media campaigns.
- Tech & Web Team: Help maintain and build our official website, student portals, and digital tools.

FAQ
Do I need to speak fluent Japanese?
No! Our primary working language is English. While Japanese skills are a great bonus for communicating with the university, they are not strictly required for most roles.
Do I need prior experience?
Not at all. We value enthusiasm, teamwork, and a willingness to learn over an extensive resume.
Are B1 (Freshmen) allowed to join?
Absolutely! We highly encourage freshmen to apply. It’s the best way to kickstart your SFC journey.
